WHY DOES THE ASSOCIATION NEED MY SUPPORT?

To do all the things it does, the Meadowbrook Community Association depends solely on the annual dues paid by each family in Meadowbrook.

Dues-paying members are eligible to vote on issues at the annual meeting held in January of each year.  Members are welcome to come to any monthly board meeting.

Association member families work together to help make Meadowbrook a place we can all be proud to call home.

At the 2007 Annual meeting it was voted to raise the annual association dues to $40.00. This increase is to help cover association operating expenses.

LIABILITY INSURANCE & LEGAL FEES  /  ANNUAL COMMUNITY PICNIC AND GARAGE SALE
